Remarks I'm doing this report a few hours afterwards- if needed I can update with better information especially regarding the time it occurred. Everything else should be accurate. Me and my girlfriend both witnessed it (it lasted long enough that I was able to tell her to "look!" and she caught a glimpse as well.. it probably didn't last more than 1 second from the time I first saw it however) We enjoy sky watching and are familiar with meteor showers and other phenomenon (we know what satellites look like vs meteors vs say a rocket launch.. ) There was no sonic boom or anything and I am not aware of any particular meteor showers that this could be apart of. We didn't see any other meteors on our walk just the one big fireball. I am curious if there is a meteor shower occuring that I'm not aware of. I believe Delta aquarids don't "peak" yet but I'm not 100% sure.

Remarks Initially it had a bit of a tail but as it fell and fragmented the tail went away. It was bright yellow with orange debris coming off and the tail was blue and white before the tail went away. It went behind my house so I couldn't see if it continued to fragment apart. It was very bright glowing and appeared round (not including the small tail and debris coming off as it fell). It had a smaller tail compared to other fireballs I've seen that were that bright/large. No sound and although there were some small fragments coming off of it, it seemed to stay together during the decent to earth that was visible to me. It was still essentially one glowing piece as it disappeared behind my house. Also it may not have been at 10:00pm -that was a best guess as it was during a late night walk. I can probably update with a more accurate time if needed.
