I was looking at Venus and Jupiter while taking trash out to the dumpster I had just looked away from them and was looking at the dumpster. The light flashed just to the right of the dumpster but in the sky. The angle was hard to determine but where I was looking and direction was very accurate. The time I wrote was an estimate time but should be accurate within 10 min. It was so bright I bet I could have saw it in the daytime. It was to the left of Jupiter and Venus.

Well I could have sworn it started off blue out of the corner of my eye, it was so bright it kinda scared me when I focused it was definitely green. But very quick no more then 3 seconds but definitely not 1 second probably 2.5 sec but I'm not sure if I saw the start of it either.
