The weather was clear no clouds, there was ground fog. This looked so close and bright and so fast from no where- that I was shocked it came out of the sky bright green with a light green trail. I thought it was a UFO as there was no sound or vibrations. It traveled East to West. I thought it was going to crash in the field- I only seen it for 2/3seconds. It was very low in the sky practically in front of my normal view.
