| Remarks | Happened during local 4th of July firework displays. Fireworks were all done by local, individual residents and many low and far away from the view of the fireball, but their activity allowed us to be in position of viewing it. The intense brightness and overhead angle created an immediate optical illusion that it was flying incredibly low (felt like ~1,000 feet up and moving ~100 feet in length), but it maintained a flawless, blazing shooting-star trajectory. |
