| Remarks | I was driving on the upper deck of the Selmon Expressway, towards Tampa, at mile marker 12. The blue/green light caught my eye at my 12oclock, almost as far up as I could see through the windshield, it arced and appeared to fizzle out at the tree line of my then 9oclock. |
