Reports Report 556ia (Event 556-2014)

Observer
Name Matthew A
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks My wife and I both saw at as we were driving and spoke to my Mother on the phone about it. It looks liked a small plane but moved faster than a plan and slower than a shooting star. We knew it was a shooting star but remarked about how it was slower and lasted longer. It seemed to drop straight down in our viewpoint and then burn out. We didn't know it was a fireball several states away! But that indeed is what we saw.
