Remarks I saw a bright flash like lightening w/o the bolt and saw something bright streaking down towards the Earth at a very high rate of speed. I called my husband who would have been near where it 'landed' to see if he had heard anything but he had not. I first thought it was a crashing aircraft but there was no debris that I could observe.
