Remarks It appeared to break up over DFW. It was larger and brighter than any other shooting star I've ever witnessed. It seemed very close to the earth.

Remarks It turned bright white and broke into 2 pieces. A smaller fragment and larger. The smaller burned out in 2 seconds the second, larger continued on westward then burned out within 5 secs
