Reports Report 1973ae (Event 1973-2014)

Observer
Name Mike C
Experience Level 4/5
Remarks Never in my 55 years have I witnessed a object entering the atmosphere that lasted so long and went nearly horizon to horizon. My wife and I literally watched and talked about it as it passed overhead. It really looked more like what I would imagine a reentry vehicle to look like. I told her to listen as it passed directly overhead and we heard a distinct hiss, and watched it go to the north and disappear behind the trees.
