Remarks At first it caught my eye and I thought it was a bright star or a Planet. It almost appeared to be stationary for several seconds and then it started moving and changing colors and then it appeared to drop straight down.I thought maybe it was an airplane that went down because I live in the vicinity of an airport. I did not realize what it was until I happened to read a news article later in the day about the meteor.
