I was looking out the window in my apartment on the 8th floor, and the meteor appeared to hit the earth so I am reporting a meteorite not a meteor siting. There was a pretty long tail and it appeared to be going north northwest at approximately 9:05pm central time. There's a good chance it might have landed in Lake Michigan somewhere near Wisconsin.
