| Remarks | Very bright. Seemed to explode at the end. It lasted long enough to bleart out "Holy cow, look at that!" while driving, and there was still enough time for all 6 passengers to watch it in awe. Directions were approximate as I was driving hwy 151 north just leaving the Sun Prairie area to the north. I am not sure if the road was straight NE yet or not. The big dipper was left out the drivers side window. The event was just higher than the big dipper. I had to lean forward to see fully while driving in a Chevy pickup truck. |
