Reports Report 2307bc (Event 2307-2014)

Experience Level 1/5
Remarks Over the last few months and even thirty minutes before seeing the fireball, I've seen moving star-like objects in the sky. Before the fireball, I spotted 2 of the star-like objects moving from a southern to a northern direction in the sky. These unidentified flying objects move around in different directions and can get very big, turn very bright, then get very small, turn very dim, and can even turn into dark balls. On August 22, 2014, one of those star-like objects actually came down from the sky and hovered over a tree that was next to me. It got very bright. I was amazed and stunned at what I was seeing. It was about 15 feet above me, just over the tree-top. It went up a few feet, turned into a dark ball, and went back up into the sky. I see these star-like objects moving around almost every clear night that I sit outside and watch for them. That is why I was outside looking at the sky last night (September 23, 2014), so I could watch the sky and spot those strange, star-like objects.
