I am not 100% sure of the time. I drive from Middletown Ohio to College Corner Ohio between 9:45 and 10:30 each Wednesday night. I remember catching this out of the corner of my vision almost behind me on the left because of the brightness. I was preoccupied with driving and my brother was on speakerphone. I remember saying to myself that must be a plane but then looking at it again and thinking how bright it was and big and that it was not quite a plane. I would have pulled over to look more but my brother was on the phone telling me something quite important.
