From my location this meteor did not look like a fire ball. I have seen a much larger and impressive fire ball about 15 years ago. But as far as typical meteors this one was definitely the most impressive. The brightness and size of the tail left me speechless. Any others I have seen have been much smaller and dimmer. I hope I have all the details correct since it was a couple days ago. I would have reported it right away if I knew that I could have.
