| Remarks | From my perspective I really believe after entering the earths atmosphere this thing came straight down over Myerstown, PA. People in Myerstown, PA not only saw this, they heard it! It was like a sonic boom. I do not see where people in other states are reporting this loud boom. I reported this to the national weather service the following day, because I was not sure where to report it until today. The farmer across the street from me (Mr. Ebersole) was outside getting ready to harvest, when it occurred, I have not had a chance to speak with him, but I am sure he has more details then me. Thank you for the oppurtunity to share this information. |

| Remarks | ___________I saw the bright light from my kitchen window, it lit up the kitchen brighter than the light bulbs, about 3 seconds later there was a loud crash like a lightning strike, followed by a loud boom loud enough to shake the house, then a thunderous rumbling which lasted about 3 seconds. I went outside thinking it was a severe thunder storm,(although a storm was not predicted) but there was nothing. It was as if an explosion occurred right in my yard outside my window.___________ |
