| Remarks | Fairly steep entry angle within 20 degrees of straight up-to-down (using a clockface analogy). Unfortunately, I'm not 100% sure it was upper left to lower right. There is perhaps a 20% chance it was upper right to lower left. In either case, the entire trajectory was several degrees to the left of the nearly full moon and the meteor faded out 5 degrees above the eastern horizon. The exact time was 17:31 PST -- it was not 17:30 or 17:32. |
