| Remarks | I was driving West on the 60 freeway,a little west of the rubidoux off ramp. My infomation is very rough as I wasn't able to note the time. It was exceptionally large - maybe appearing as large or larger than headlights in my rear view mirror of cars closer than 100 feet. Since I was driving, I would not have heard any sound. It was a specacular sight. It did have a tail extending back from the direction of motion. I last saw it about WNW and low in the sky. I'm guesing it might have been a little north of LA and maybe further west - may have been much closer - hard to say with an object in the sky. |
