Reports Report 3638ud (Event 3638-2014)

Observer
Name Pierre F
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks The direction I saw the fireball was from the northeast to the north west (as best I could tell). I was facing the north as I was walking and the fireball crossed the sky from right to left. The fireball was initially obscured by a house at the northeast corner of Victoria and Revere Roads but once it cleared the house (seemingly intact), it broke up directly in front of me. I had a clear and unobstructed view once it cleared the house. The whole experience lasted about three seconds. Initially I thought it was a roman candle as it was nearly impossible to gauge the size and scale of the fireball. It could have been 50 feet above me or it could have been miles away since there was nothing to compare it to once I was able to see it clearly.
