I was driving north on 7th st at the time and about to make a right turn onto Baylor place when i spotted it. It looked so low in the sky and did not appear to be moving very fast so at first i thought it was some kind of firework. I'm positive that it was heading in a NNE direction. This was not on my horizon...i had to look up.
