Observer
Name Nancy S
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks This was a beautiful sight to see on a clear night next to the ocean! I feel very lucky to have been able to see the meteor. I initially thought it was a shooting star until I saw the news reports of the meteor. So I am now interested in learning more about astronomy and observing. Hope this report helps in the study of meteors!

As the "fireball" extinguished, there were circles of light coming from it, as in a firework.

Remarks The "fireball " extinguished into smaller balls of light.
