Remarks yes. first of all the reason I am just reporting this is because I don't have a computer at home. I attempted to report this earlier but I had it typed in forgot to submit it and mistakenly deleted it at the library and my time on the pc expired. I am just now getting a chance again to report it. also, I am not an expert on latitude and stuff like that. what happened was I was riding in the front passenger seat while my daughter was driving. we were returning from having her boyfriend having his stitches removed from surgery he had earlier at the medical center in Lancaster county. we were traveling on route 30 west going towards the PA turnpike to get on and head back east bound PA turnpike towards 76 east to get to the schuylkill expressway eastbound to head back to Philadelphia. I'm not 100 % sure how close we were to reaching the PA turnpike on 30 west when I said to my daughter 'Look, did you see that light". Of course she was driving so she really could not focus on it like I could, but I know what I saw. I never seen anything like it before.
