Experience Level | 4/5 |
Remarks | When I first notice the meteor, it was near the star: Xi 2 Canis Majoris, fragmentation occurred near Omicron 1 Canis Majoris, and the debris burnt up before they reached Wezen and Adhara. Coincidentally, in the late fall of 2014, I saw a less significant fireball in about the same part of the sky. The only difference was that it wasn't as bright, and the debris burnt up closer to the horizon. |
