Remarks | I was out plowing snow around 0450 am on state route 3023 when all of the sudden a bright blue burst that lasted about 3 to 5 seconds, appeared to my left. It made everything around me , snow and all, glow a blueish color. It seemed like I could almost reach out the window and touch it. It was probably one of the coolest things that I ever seen. |
