Reports Report 638ct (Event 638-2015)

Observer
Name Gary L
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks The time I reported seeing it (0610) is approximate. It had a bright white ball-shaped head with a red/orange flickering cone-shaped tail with a length approximately 5 times the size of the head. I was at my desk in front of a 2nd story north-facing window and it was bright enough that it caught my eye and caused me to look up. I watched it until it went out of view to the west. I then walked downstairs and outside to see if there would be a sonic boom, but I heard no sound. It travelled much slower than meteors I've seen and too fast for aircraft. Feel free to contact me if I can help out any further.
