Reports Report 812b (Event 812-2015)

Observer
Name Jeb B
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks The brightness scale on the website using Venus-Moon-Sun is a difficult comparison because the apparent size of this meteor increased from a typical thin streak to a starry burst of light about the size of at least a nickel held at arm's length before it extinguished in mid air as it progressed from west to east, seeming much brighter than the moon but also considerably smaller. More like Venus (as presented on the scale) made several times larger.
