Ive seen a good amount of small white shooting stars but holy cow this one was as bright or brighter than a flare; it appeared much lower than shooting stars ive seen and it looked a heck of a lot closer. Like scary close. Im not even sure if it went over the horizon or not if imagine if it made contact close to me. Minutes later I heard a boom kind of noise the opposite direction but i think it may have been a truck or something like that, its real quiet here so it could have been anything.
