Remarks Was driving Southbound on Highway I-77 near Charlotte, Saw fireball appear within my windshield, Had a verticl trajectory, coming from southwest sky, to northwest, thought it was abnormal to see the direction. Not as bright or as large as other fireballs i have seen, and was moving a bit faster, but not as fast as meteor. great long tail, fairly bright, but did not light up surrounding objects. 2 seconds long, burned out about 3 fingers over horizon.

Remarks Tail 10-15 degrees long, Bright Green cone shape, with yellow flame in the center, and darker green flames on outside.. tail grew in size from first appearance, then dissappeared quickly
