| Remarks | I think I've seen only one shooting star in my whole life. I've checked a couple of times, and have been surprised that no one else has reported it. I look out my window facing west, northwest to the Santa Lucias, and it just looked like it dropped behind the mountains. It looked like a big yellow shooting star but low on the horizon when I saw it, and it didn't fade out but just seemed to drop gently behind the mountains and it traveled in just a bit of a curve for the short time I saw it. |
