We had just exited off I-95 North and were going NW on Rte 100 when I noticed what looked like a very fast aircraft to the right side of my windshield, then it turned red quickly and disappeared. It was an awesome sight. It was fairly low but horizontal with a downward north west trajectory. I am guessing on the time but I am sure it was before 2000 hrs.
