| Remarks | I was driving in a westerly direction. The sky was uniformly hazy (very unusual) so stars weren't visible, but the moon was close to full and made the sky bright. This meteor was as bright as the moon. I can't imagine how it would have looked in a dark, clear sky...spectacular I suppose. |
