Reports Report 3182b (Event 3182-2015)

Observer
Name Meleski G
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks This was seen through precipitation clouds that had rolled through the area after 7PM. All we could see was two bright flashes the intial one it faded then another burst of bright light. This could have been from the weather. It's possible one of the WRD 88s caught it in a scan or one of the TV radars, WYTV in Youngstown operates one. Probably came in over a similar track as the one over Pittsburgh a few days prior.
