Reports Report 3340o (Event 3340-2015)

Observer
Name Barbara
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks Since it was dusk when we saw it, it is difficult to rate the brightness. The sky was still quite light at the time, so my estimate of its brightness may be low. On a personal note, at 71 years of age, after observing meteor showers my whole life, this is the first fireball I've ever seen. I had read a lot of stories about this year's Taurids, and have been out obsering every night I could. I'd mentioned the 61-year cycle to some young neighbors who were here with us when we saw it, so it was fun to share the experience with a younger generation, who might still be around in 61 years!
