Was in an open field in a very rural area of west Texas with no light polution with waxing half moon but very clear cool crisp night. Saw several good fireballs last night and so went out tonight. This one was spectacular even with the full moon. I have seen a dozen or so good fireballs in my life and 3 or 4 spectacular ones and this one rated number two. I saw the whole thing from beginning to end.
