Remarks | Was letting the dog out at 23:22 , I was facing South and looking down at my dog when it began, it turned night into bright daylight much like a lightning strike lights up the sky at night but this lasted over a second. I suspect if might have temporarily blinded me if I had been looking directly at it the entire time in the darkness. I turned my head to look up then I saw a brilliant green flash over my right shoulder. Unsure of direction of travel as I was looking in the wrong direction when it began. I suspect it either appeared from the North or if from the South, out of my cone of vision while facing South and looking down when it appeared. My dog probably got a really good look at it. |
