Remarks | This is most striking event I've ever seen, singular but more dramatic than turn of century Leonids. I thought at first it was a Burbank inbound aircraft, just visible thru thin clouds. However, landing lights point forward, not trailing. And quickly it was obviously no aircraft. Brightness and extent was constant the full time until it disappeared in cloud cover to the east. |
