Reports Report 340dt (Event 340-2016)

Observer
Name Dan D
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I'm a licensed pilot, this was definitely not aviation. It appeared to be 1 to 2 miles SE of my position on RT 52 in Greenville. I would guess it was over Mountaindale. It appeared to be heading NE, I fly over this region often in small planes so I'm familiar with the geography. Judging altitude is impossible without a reference, but it seemed to me that if it landed, it likely would have been between Fallsburg and Monticello. I was careful to note the time and my position knowing I'd be making this report when I got home.
