| Remarks | It was larger and closer to the earth than anything I've ever seen before. I was startled and thought it may have been a drone that hit power lines. I was afraid something may have hit someone's roof or caused a fire or harmed someone below. I called the Virginia State Police, whose emergency operator sounded dubious about my report, and then the James City County Police Department. |
