I thought it odd that there was lightning at this time of year. then a couple of minutes later I saw the fireball.

It had a train following it but it went behind the mountain as I saw it. I was traveling thru a valley at the time so it was still big and bright as I last saw it. Just before I saw it, I saw a streak of lightning cross the sky. Only it was a relatively clear sky? The tail was the light green to light yellow
