Reports Report 340wc (Event 340-2016)

Observer
Name Colleen D
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks I live near Dulles Airport, and the fireball was bright and low enough that I initially feared it was part of a plane. But, after seeing the tell-tale fizzle at the end as it burned up (and seeing planes safely blinking across the sky elsewhere in my line of sight), I realized it had to be a meteor. It was beautiful!
