I was driving over the causeway coming from Long Beach going towards Huntington Beach on Pacific Coast Hwy. I believe this is an East South East path. It appeared in my peripheral sight on my right over the the ocean coming from the sky moving downwards following the same direction I was traveling. It burst out just as it was about to land at the beginning area of Surfside Colony but never touched ground from what I could see.
