I had let the dog out and went out on the back deck to call him. I thought initially that my neighbor had put a bright spotlight on, but I quickly realized the light was moving and was blue green in color. After a couple of seconds I waited for a loud sound but heard nothing. I fully expected it to hit something as it seemed so low and close to the trees and homes.

I saw a sudden very bright light, which I thought was a spot light. Within a second or less I realized it was a moving blue and green ball and was able to track it until it faded out, just a couple of seconds.
