Remarks | Bright light blue fireball with darker perimeter, pale blue halo, and paler blue streak was seen over San Francisco Bay; its appearance started out as a very tiny burst of light within my peripheral vision. Then it exponentially appeared much brighter and larger before very quickly disappearing into pre-dawn sky. |
