Reports Report 1882dy (Event 1882-2016)

Observer
Name Grim V
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks The first flash lasted about 1.5-3 seconds, lighting up the sky like the sun. It then grew dim for about a second before it flashed again while fragmenting. My intial thought was that it was a lightning strike before I saw what it was and noticed zero cloud cover.

Remarks When it broke up, it looked as if three distinct fragments split from the center.
