Reports Report 1882nj (Event 1882-2016)

Observer
Name Maureen M
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I was in bed and did not see the fireball, but did see the sky light up. I thought it was a car coming down the street, but the light was much brighter and higher than expected and didn't seem to come closer. The brightness scale I used in this report was based on the ambient light, not that of the fireball. I didn't know it might have been a fireball until I saw reports of such in the news.
