| Remarks | WOW! My girlfriend and I were driving home from work on Monday, Dec. 13. Not long after sunset around 5:45 p.m., we both saw a greenish blob (like an elongated snowball) falling almost straight down about halfway up the sky toward the Northwest. When I got home, I googled and saw that we were entering the Geminid meteor shower. I\'ve seen numerous meteors over the years, but this was my first fireball. I was so glad I had a friend with me who also witnessed it! |
