| Remarks | This viewing was phenomenal as timing is everything. I was sitting in my hot tub facing directly where it appeared. At first I thought it was a shooting star but there was considerable daylight and that seemed odd to be able to see it so well. Then it became very bright, changing colors and seeming to be picking up speed. My next thought was that it was going to make land fall, but it then broke into pieces and burned. First one for me like this and it was quite exciting. |
