Remarks Driving southbound on central avenue at in Phoenix, Arizona, I was sitting at a traffic light at roe see rd, at approximately 4:44 AM, I was looking at the traffic light, waiting for it to turn, and I noticed a bright light in the sky, in front of me and to my left. The brightness intensified and by the time by brain caught up with what I was seeing, it was gone. My windows were up so I didn't hear anything. The light changed, I made my left turn and immediately texted a friend about it. The text went out at 4:46 am so I am assuming that I saw the fireball at 4:44. Hiding my thumb to the sky, it was at least as big as my thumb. It was dark green in color and surrounded by intense white light. There were two, very long tails trailing behind it. They were also dark green surrounded by white light. The tails were thick and long. One came off the top of the orb and one came off the bottom of the orb. It was moving in a straight line, there wasn't an arc, at all. It lasted maybe a tad more than a second- I don't think it was even a second and a half. Then it just quickly collapsed and disappeared, kind of how fireworks in the sky do, but not as dramatic or slow as that. Much quicker. That's it. That's what I got. I am anxious to know if anyone else saw it.
Terminal flash

Fragmentation
Observation Yes
Remarks it just quickly collapsed and disappeared, kind of how fireworks in the sky do, but not as dramatic or slow as that. Much quicker. The light quickly faded, debris seemed to fall but for only 1 tenth of a second- maybe, and it was all over.
