Observer

Experience Level 2/5
Remarks I was running home from work on Tuesday night after work, half way up the running track back to the camp I seen a huge bright light heading toward me which I thought was a large aircraft, realising it was way to low and too close to the horizon, and that it was moving to fast for a plane, I realised it was not a plane, as it then got closer beside me from the right it had a huge long bright fire ball behind it, it was amazingly awesome, I thought of taking a picture but thought it would be gone before I got a chance, but then it continued so I quickly grabbed my phone out and by the time I unlocked it and opened up the video the fire ball was no longer behind it, so I took a video of what was then a smaller not so bright light as it faded out to my left, it lasted 20+ seconds and it was the best thing I have ever seen by a long shot in the night sky, I have seen a lot of really good amazing shooting stars before, but this was seriously 50 times better than I have ever seem, I was disappointed that no one was with me to see it as well, I told a few of the boys when I got back to the camp, and one of then sent me this link, http://www.abc.net.au/news/2016-07-20/shooting-fireball-scares-and-amazes-kimberley-stargazers/7645956, and it was great news to see someone else had possibly seen the same thing, I have a video of the last bit please let me know if you want me to send it too you, has anyone else send in photos or videos of it ? Please keep me updated on any other information you have on this event, I'm every interested. Thanks Wayne Pratt
