Reports Report 2539h (Event 2539-2016)

Observer
Name LaMoyne B
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks The best way I can describe it is a green firework coming down instead of being launched upward. However, the light did not explode into the sky as a firework who would do, and also even though I was driving with my windows rolled up I did not hear a boom.
